When comparing traditional cow’s milk to milk alternatives such as almond and soy you’re still able to get the same benefits with calcium. Protein tends to be lower in milk alternatives than cows milk. But overall, you’re still getting the same nutritional value.
However, with traditional cow’s milk, there is a more environmental impact that may need to address versus milk alternatives.
